Until now, ASP.NET Web Site developers creating an internationalized web site have lacked the full support for designing localized pages in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET that Windows Forms developers enjoy. 1. Drop a Localizer component onto the Web Form (or UserControl) in Visual Studio.
2. Design the page in the invariant language.
3. Set the Language property of Localizer to a new language. 
4. Type the localized strings, image source locations etc into the Visual Studio designer, and see the changes in Visual Studio immediately.
5. Localizer generates a new .resx file for that language, and all the property changes are written to this new file.
6. The developer can switch backwards and forwards between languages using Localizer, and the design surface is kept up to date with the current language selection.
7. When the web application is run Localizer checks the current locale and generates the Web Form using resources for that locale.
